Island Aviation Development Association is an organization dedicated to the pursuit of safe aviation operations. With over twenty years of aviation experience and eighteen years of emphasis in aviation safety, we have developed a unique understanding and process to the implementation of aviation safety.
IADA believes in educating and instructing aviation safety leaders. By educating safety leaders we provide resources that teach relativity in everything we do in the aviation arena. By instructing safety leaders we demonstrate how best to utilize those resources to become efficient, effective, and to become more productive.
Each and every part, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, plays a role in the proper functioning of a flashlight. It's this theory that propels individuals to achieve their goals for their individually assigned tasks to accomplish the much larger goal of the organization in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
Each part of the organization is relative to the organization's goals. From the Chief Executive Officer to the flight attendant and ground support personnel, every component must function as a fully integrated team. Without teamwork, end goals cannot be achieved safely or efficiently.

As a consulting service we begin by evaluating your organization's safety practices. Our objective is not to redefine your safety and operational practices but to refine those practices.
After your safety evaluation, we provide recommendations, based on our finding in accordance with The Joint Planning and Development Office, International Civil Aviation Organization, and The Civil Aviation Authorities.
